Terms of Service

ZetaDrop is a software platform for creators and publishers who want to organize affiliate products, links, collections, drops, and profile links into branded public pages. ZetaDrop is not a marketplace of record, payment processor, retailer, or native checkout platform for the products creators recommend.

By using ZetaDrop, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.

You may not use ZetaDrop to impersonate another person or entity, to misrepresent your identity, or to access accounts that you are not authorized to use.

You are responsible for the content, products, links, claims, disclosures, images, and recommendations you publish through ZetaDrop. That includes ensuring you have the rights to publish your content and that your links and recommendations comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, affiliate, intellectual property, and platform rules.

If you publish affiliate links or sponsored recommendations, you are responsible for making clear and legally compliant disclosures to your audience wherever required.

You may not use ZetaDrop to:

• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Use ZetaDrop products, drops, collections, emails, or paid features to promote, merchandise, distribute, or monetize pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or destinations primarily used for explicit adult content.
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing, or harmful code.
• Promote prohibited products, scams, or misleading earnings claims.
• Harvest data, abuse the platform, or interfere with other users.
• Circumvent plan limits, access controls, analytics integrity, or platform protections.

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, trust, or platform risk.

Legal adult links may be allowed only in plain profile links where supported by ZetaDrop settings and platform rules. That does not mean adult content is allowed across the rest of the product. Adult links are not permitted in drops, collections, product cards, notifications, or Stripe-powered monetization flows.

ZetaDrop offers free and paid plans. Paid features may include expanded customization, analytics, follower notifications, scheduling, and other creator tools. Plan details and current pricing are shown on the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If you cancel, your paid features generally remain active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively.

We do not guarantee affiliate revenue, traffic, conversion rates, or sponsorship outcomes.

ZetaDrop pages may contain outbound links to third-party websites, retailers, social platforms, and services. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for third-party products, content, availability, privacy practices, or transactions.

Use of third-party services, including Stripe and other providers, may be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

ZetaDrop and its software, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by ZetaDrop or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain rights to the content you own and submit, but you grant ZetaDrop the limited rights needed to host, display, process, and deliver that content through the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

ZetaDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZetaDrop disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZetaDrop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill arising from or relating to your use of the platform.

You may stop using ZetaDrop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, or misused the platform.
